All - Just wanted to report that Suzuki customer service rep. by the name of John Monroe called me today inquiring as to the carb problem we as a group have been experiencing. He was quite pleasant and understanding but not the least bit helpful. Well, I shouldn't say that because he did take my VIN number and engine number to run to see if a recall had been issued on my bike. It had not! He said there is a step by step process involved to get to the factory tech people and it must begin at the dealership. It's the squeeky wheel sort of thing corporations do rather than taking the bull by the horns and dealing with the problem straight away. I'll continue pursuing this thru my dealer and keep you guys informed of any progress.
